**Delivery Instructions:**

Thank you for your purchase! To prepare for your delivery, please follow these simple steps: - Ensure the area is clear and that bed linens are removed. If the space is not clear, our drivers won't be able to set up the merchandise. - An adult18 years or older must be present to accept the delivery. If you're not home during your scheduled delivery window, a standard redelivery fee of $129.99 or $169.99 (for adjustable sets) will be charged before rescheduling. If you wish to have the old mattresses and box springs removed, please specify this at the time of purchase; a removal fee of $19.99 per piece will apply. - Delivery drivers are not responsible for moving your furniture or bedding, or for dismantling headboards or frames. They also will not set up existing headboards on any frame, nor remove old steel or existing adjustable bases, unless specified at the time of purchase, which incurs an additional $49 fee for an adjustable base. Please note that due to health regulations, soiled or stained mattresses and foundations cannot be removed. You may request that they be moved to the curb or placed in the garage. Your merchandise is expected to arrive within 2-3 business weeks. Please inspect the items before the delivery driver leaves; you can refuse delivery if the merchandise is defective. - Be aware that in some instances, a Full or Queen foundation may not fit up certain staircases, and a split foundation may need to be purchased at an additional cost. - Delivery Fees are non-refundable and not covered under our Mattress Warranty or Exchange services.
